![]() All the staff at the hotel I dealt with, had no training and could not answer questions and deal with problems. I ask the hotel desk staff four times to remove children who were alone and also were diving into the pool getting me wet in the eyes and all my belongings. I read the pool rules posted stating no children we allowed alone in the pool and fitness area but I saw children swimming alone and children in the workout room with no parents and were on treadmills eating popcorn and drinking pop. Also, I saw no secuirty guard at anytime of my stay. First, I saw no cameras in the inside of the hotel including hallway's and the pool and fitness area. My main problems were with the staff and secuirty. Thank you Drury Kansas City Missouri Airport hotel, you are the best.Had a terrible experience at this airport location. This is now by far the best hotel I have stayed at. From now on, I will make sure I request my company to place me in Drury hotels. During my six day stay here not only did I meet and chat with the managers, including the General Manager but I also met and chatted with the Regional Manager and they could not have been more professional, nice and attentive to me. I was very impressed with the Drury's Wellness Check policy. I informed her of my mistake of leaving the DND sign and she offered to have someone come up and clean my room right away. She wanted to make sure I was not in need of medical assistance or any help of any type. Well, after a little while there was a knock on my door and there was I believe a housekeeping supervisor who informed me she was doing a "Wellness Check" it is done when a housekeeper cannot get in a room to clean. When I returned to the hotel that afternoon I knew that because of something I did my room was not cleaned. On Tuesday I left my room early in the morning and I forgot to remove my "Do Not Disturb" sign from my door. Everyday the menu changes, do this is an awesome meal. They also have a "Manager Kickback" in the afternoon at about 5:30pm. Upon check in the desk staff was very professional, helpful and accommodating. From the first time I called for a shuttle to the hotel to the last shuttle I took back to the airport to fly home the shuttle drivers were very friendly, prompt, professional and helpful. I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel for 6 days. ![]()
